Thrift Store Formal (POSTPONED [again])!

So, as some of you are now aware, the winter weather decided to make its potential presence known once again on the weekend of the Thrift Store Formal.  Since many different weather reports say many different things about what tomorrow night will be like, we just cannot be sure what to expect.  Thus, yet again because of the weather, we have decided it is best to push the dance back one more time.  I know this is not everyone's favorite decision, but please understand, again, that YOUR safety is very important to us.  Since we cannot guarantee that the roads will be safe tomorrow night, this is the plan.

So... Instead of driving 25+ miles to the dance, we will be having a movie night at the LIFE House.  This is much less driving, less of a risk, and if the weather causes you to not be able to make it, you aren't missing such a big event as the Formal.  So, at 6:00pm tomorrow, at the LIFE House, we will be having a movie night.  Bring your pillows and whatever else.  There. Will. Be. Snacks.

Thrift Store Formal

Incase you missed it:  The Thrift Store Formal is tomorrow night!  We'll be meeting at the LIFE House at 4:45pm (leaving by 5:00pm) and we'll be back at the LIFE House by 9:45 or 10:00pm.  If you need to be home earlier than that, you are welcome to drive separately or get picked up from CYC in Morris a bit early.  Don't forget your thrift store outfit!  See you all there!

LIFE Tonight

FYI, Sr. High, Your Story has been pushed back 1 week and will be taking place NEXT Sunday night.  Though tonight has other fun things in store!  See you tonight!

THRIFT STORE FORMAL: RESCHEDULED! Attention, please help spread the word that, unfortunately, due to the potential weather, we are rescheduling tonight's event. We are unsure how the country roads will be with the snow and wind and we (Pete, Nick, and I) have agreed it is not worth risking lives on potentially dangerous roads. That being said, the Thrift Store Formal is rescheduled for Saturday, March 1st! We apologize for any inconvenience this causes and we hope you all understand! Again, your safety is VERY important to us!

Hey all, just a reminder that we don't have youth group tonight for the Super Bowl. There are plenty of good, fun Super Bowl parties out there. Have fun, see you all next week!
